This is an application with reference to your advertisement published in the employment supplement of The Sun News paper stating three vacancies for the post of Software developers. I believe that my qualification and experience is satisfactorily at per with your requirement. Hence, I am applying for the post mentioned above.
As per as my educational qualification is concerned I have done Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University – Macomb, Illinois with specialization in Mass communication. I also earned an MBA degree from Oxford University specializing in Human Resource management.
I have wide work experience in the relevant field for 7 years. I started my career as a Junior Human Resource executive in Resource Consulting Group, Chicago. There my responsibilities were assisting a consulting team of 10 members under the supervision of a senior manager. I used to asses and prepare report on an applicant’s personality and how suitable they are for a particular post. Also I have worked as senior HR in companies like Ford Motor Company and Walgreen. There I used to look after yearly, quarterly and monthly payroll totals for employees. In my work arena I also executed the entry and exit interviews of the employees. I am currently working with Data source Solutions as a Human Resource manager. There I am accountable for the employee recruitment and retention within the company as well as supervising the administrative activities. Also attend meetings with the overseas and local clients, vendors and service providers in order to run smoothly infrastructure of the company smoothly.
My strengths are systematic approach to find solutions, positive attitude in work, penchant for teamwork and ability to motivate people inn order to bring out their best. I am a fluent speaker, reader and writer in English, French and German. My hobbies include writing on various topics, painting landscapes, fishing and listening to soft music.
Now talking about my objective is taking the responsibility of a post in the Human Resource sector dealing with in-depth analysis of resource management problems by performing assessments and conducting internal meetings using the method of Organizational and Person Analysis. I am also interested in the challenging position of a coordinator working as a intermediary between the corporate clients and the management. I am ready to provide freelance advice and assistance to the Multi National Companies.
Although I am happy working in my present organization, I am looking for new and better opportunities in the relevant field.
