Mr. John Smith,
National Sales,
257, Park Avenue South,
New York, NY 12345-6789.
Dear Mr. Smith
I have been working for ten years in Global Pharmaceutical Company, as sales personnel. I maintain my work very successfully regarding the terms and conditions of the company and I successfully complete all the targets of selling the products of the company. In these ten years I develop my position from sales personnel to a team of a group of sales personnel.
But recently my company is made collaboration with another pharmaceutical company, and as the terms of their collaboration they select me and also some fellow team leader and transfer us to another city. Our job in this new city is temporary and shifting is required to make the job permanent. I am not willing to work temporarily after successful permanent work of ten years. I find in your company has a vacancy of the post of team leader, so, I express my eagerness to join in this post.
One of my friends is working in your company as a team leader; I apply in your company after he serves me the reference. As I know your business policies and terms and conditions from my friend I show my interest for your company. Your company specially serves baby products, and some specific kind of drug of the children. These products are very popular and hugely used by the children. I hope to become part of your company and wish to stimulate the growth of the company. I gather minute knowledge of the pharmaceutical market of this city and I also develop a reliable friend circle in this city. As a team leader I also know how to launch a new product in the market, and how to make it popular. I know how team leader motivate the personnel in his team and they overcome the competition of the market.
If you appreciate my experience and knowledge please call me to meet you, I will be very grateful to you.
Most sincerely
Richard Anderson
