I am writing this letter to express my interest for the position of Finance Manager in your company. I have the experience of working in a food manufacturing company as the Finance Officer. I looked after all the work related to finance that is calculating the total amount to be paid to the employees. The tax structure and the companies tax liabilities and the ways to increase the savings to reduce tax deduction and increase the level of profit for the company.
This letter, I am writing in response to your advertisement on monster.com where you had stated that preference will be given to a person dealing with company finance. Further I would like to state that I have graduated from XXX College which has the reputation of producing students who have made a mark in the financial world as financial advisers for reputed companies and also for the government and the states. Few have established themselves as financial advisers in other countries.
During my college days I had the opportunity to work part time in my College office which helped me to gain practical knowledge along with classroom teaching; this has helped me to apply theoretical knowledge to practical application and taught me to differentiate between pure theories and its practical application. This has improved my way with dealing with financial matters and handling finance in an efficient manner so that the company never faces the situation of bankruptcy or any loss.
I feel that I am suitable for this job as I have the experience in various financial fields which will help me to workout a comfortable financial condition which will give stability to the company even in adverse situation and not affect the goodwill of the company either in the market or in the eyes of the consumer, this will surely increase the companies status and the faith of the share holders in the company which will increase their capital input and the production thus increasing the profit for the company.
I am sure that given a chance I shall be able to prove my worth and contribute towards the growth of the company. Moreover as I have the knowledge of the share market it will be an added asset for the company as I can utilize this trait to invest the profit in the market and draw in more capital for the company.
