This is an application with reference to your advertisement published in the employment supplement of The Sun News paper stating there is a vacancy for the post of Chief Operations Manager in Smart Outsourcing Solutions. I am confident that my educational qualification and experience is adequately at per with your requirement. Hence I intend to apply for the post mentioned above.
I am a Graduate in Mass Communication from Community College, Dallas with special paper in International Client Management. After completion of the Bachelor’s degree in the year 1996 I pursued my Post Graduation Diploma in Communal Relation from the Washington School of Communication Studies (WSCS) in the year 1999. I took an on job training from Sun BPO which is one of the best BPO training schools.
I have a widespread work experience in the allied field for about 10 years. I started of my professional life as a Customer Care Executive in I-core Technologies. This is a popular outbound call centre. I have dialed for campaigns like Toucan Telecom which is a landline connection for customers from United Kingdom, Sky Mortgages, again an UK campaign and then sold secured loans, calling cards and Dish network connections in United States of America.
My job responsibilities included making calls to the overseas customers (UK based) and offering them free advice regarding to their Mortgages. Taking information from the customers regarding to the campaign (includes Bank details). My responsibilities were calling up the UK and USA customers according to the processes and writing information (Uploading them in the website) and taking feedback from the Quality Analysts. I used to fix appointments for the customers with the client. Taking care of the pending appointments and making them through to the process was part of my tasks. After that I joined one source solutions as a team leader and gradually got promoted as an Assistant Operations Manager. I used to take care of the floor activities and look after the critical situations. Around five hundred executives, ten team leaders used to report to me. I have attended meeting with the overseas clients and got prestigious and highly paying projects for the company.
My strengths are methodical approach to find solution, assenting stance in work, kinship for teamwork and potential to inspire people in order to bring out their best. Now talking about my objective is taking the responsibility of a post in a well known Outsourcing company dealing with corporate projects and overseas process. I am also interested in the exigent position of a coordinator working as a mediator between the corporate clients and the management.
Although I am happy working in my present organization, I am looking for new and superior opportunities in the relevant field.
