At the beginning of my letter I want to acknowledge your letter of offering me as a permanent loan executive in your bank. I very sincerely appreciate your offer and ready to join the in your branch on the mentioned date in the offer letter. I have a clear recommendation of your terms and conditions and I express my eagerness to work under the mentioned terms and conditions. As a loan executive I have to work under the loan manager of the bank. First and foremost priority of my work is serving loan to the selected customers under certain terms and conditions of the bank or in a word I have look how I increase number of customer of the bank. This job includes both office and the field work.
In the office I have to deal with the customers who are willing to take a loan from the bank. Firstly I have to know what type of loan is preferred by the customer, it may be a house loan, car loan, personal loan or others. So, to inform the about the terms and conditions of the bank of a particular type of loan I have go through a training session of 15 days after joining. In this training session I will also come to know what the highest amount is of a particular loan and what are documents are needed from the customer to give provide him or her a loan. Be it a field work or an office work my only concentration will be how I clench the deal with the customer.
As a condition of the job I have to cover certain number of target, I very consciously appreciate your number of targets. Customer satisfaction is the other priority of my work. To satisfy the customer sometimes I have to meet them after the appointed time of the office, I very consciously appreciate this time schedule of the job. Previously I handled this type of work in my present bank in which I joined as loan agent, and this work was field work. In this work I went to meet the customer at their appointed time. Again I appreciate your time and the salary status of the bank.
