Resignation is a happy and tough task too. While one is happy to leave the company for a better future with some other company, its very tough to answer the questions of the older companies and to clearly specify the reasons, why is one leaving the older one to opt for the newer ones. One needs to clearly state the reason of inconvenience with the company in order to maintain good relations with the older mates and any mistake committed in this particular arena may have extremely bitter effect on one’s career in near future.
In case of candidates being in bond with the older company, the company has the right to claim the bond amount as agreed by the employer and the employee at the time of joining the corporation. Hence forth, the resignation letter has to be tactfully and practically handled with due care.
If one resigns the company for any critical experience, that need to be specified along with the good experiences which the individual had in the company. And prior to resignation, the specific amount of notice period should be specified so that the companies have sufficient time to fill the vacancy created because of the resignation of the employees.
