Dear Mr. Smith,
This is an application with reference to your advertisement published in the employment supplement of The Sun News paper stating a vacancy for the post of a Senior Software developer. I believe that my qualification and experience is satisfactorily at per with your requirement. Hence I am applying for the post mentioned above.
I am a first class Technical Graduate in computer science from Royal College, Washington. After graduating in 2002, I have completed Post Graduation Diploma in Software testing and analysis from the Software Programming School in Orange County. I have also taken two special supporting courses in Web Development Technologies and Hardware and Networking Services from Brilliance Web Academy (BWA) and Dallas Academy of Hardware and Networking (DAHN) respectively.
I have an extensive work experience in the relevant field for 5 years. I started my career as a Software Engineer for the company Intarsia technology. My job tasks were analyzing and testing software using the knowledge in JavaScript and PHP languages as well as preparing presentations for international clients. Also experienced in working as a team member of programming groups of junior and senior software testers dealing in projects on HTML, C#, Linux, Cobol, UML etc. Presently I am working as the senior software tester in Davidson Technologies. It is a well-known organization dealing in different software package testing and developing as well. Here I am accountable for looking after the technical testing department of the organization and detect whatever problems the software programs face while running it commercially. Attending the local as well as foreign clients in order to get esteemed projects for the company was also under my responsibility. Frequently accept solo web development projects from reputed clients.
My strengths are methodical loom to find solutions, optimistic outlook in work, and inclination for joint effort and skill to stimulate people in order to bring out their best. I am a fluent speaker, reader and writer in English, Spanish and German. My hobbies include writing scripts for plays, painting portraits, fishing and listening to soft music.
Now talking about my objective is to achieve a responsible post in a recognized IT company trading in Software analysis and software quality assessment. I am also interested in the demanding position of a manager working as an arbitrator between the company clients and the board. I am ready to provide freelance guidance and assistance to the Multi National Software Companies.
Although I am happy working in my present organization, I am looking for new and better opportunities in the relevant field.
